Refund policy

Because our products are handmade food items, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@wiseking.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. For hygiene reasons, we don't require you to send the product back — a photo is enough for us to assess the issue. We'll offer a replacement or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

All Wise King Enterprise products are sealed and clearly marked with a best-before date at the time of packing.
