Terms of Service — Wise King Enterprise

Wise King Enterprise (ABN 45 909 364 650) is a registered food business operating under Class 3 Food Licence HFD-9910326 with the City of Greater Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

By placing an order through wiseking.com.au, you agree to the following:

Products: All products are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance between batches are natural and not a fault.

Orders and payment: Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we're unable to fulfil it (e.g., an ingredient or packaging shortage).

Shipping: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Wise King Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service once an order has left our hands.

Allergens and dietary information: Ingredient and allergen information is listed on every product label. Please read this carefully before consuming, especially if you have food allergies or intolerances.
